Melding With Mindfulness

An important nugget of wisdom when navigating a change, a life transition or dealing with the everyday uncertainties in life is to look at managing your mind and making friends with your “Inner Meanie” – especially when she/he starts calling your name 24/7!

One tool that’s super savvy and extremely helpful is using MINDFULNESS.

Mindfulness is a state of active, open attention in the here and now. It’s your ability to notice what you’re experiencing in every moment without judgment or criticism.

To be mindful is to be fully present and alive while being at one with those around you and with what you are doing. When you meld with mindfulness and stay aware non-judgmentally of what’s going on in the present moment, you shift from “Holy Crap” mode to “Holy Happiness” mode by choosing to do so.

YOU GET TO CHOOSE YOUR THOUGHTS AND WITH PRACTICE YOU CAN CHOOSE WITH MINDFUL INTENT.

When you choose with a mindful intent you hit that magic moment when you clearly see and feel inside yourself your exceptional STRENGTH, COURAGE and INNER FIRE that whispers…
“You can do this!”
“You can make this change happen NOW… even if you’re fearful..”.
“Do it afraid and trust that you will be taken care of.”

Your mind has the ability to respond instantly to your “Inner Meanie” or your “Inner Wisdom”
